Nippon Professional Baseball stadium weather

One permanent weather page per NPB park. Live conditions update from nearby stations; the venue notes explain why each park — from open-air Koshien and Mazda Stadium to Tokyo Dome — treats weather differently. All times are shown in local time (JST).

We are building the historical match archive for NPB now. Until our studies are published, these pages report conditions honestly without claiming a measured scoring edge — see our research hub for studies we have completed in other sports.

    How weather moves NPB games

Japanese baseball is played through a humid summer, a June–July rainy season, and August–September typhoon risk — while half the league's games are inside domes that neutralize all of it. Whether wind reaches the outfield, how humid summer air carries the ball, and when storms hit the schedule all change from park to park, which is why every NPB venue here gets its own page.
